Behind all the “greats” is a coach and mentor who encouraged them to be all they could be in their fields of interest. These “greats” were not exceptional people at birth. They were average people who took the encouragement offered them and ran with it! We who feel average more times than not can take assistance from coaches and mentors in our lives and become “greats” too. The only thing stopping us is ourselves. I too have taken the courage to step out with help of coaches and mentors and now offer that same assistance to others seeking a greater path.
